Working closely with plant leaders, supervisors, and subject matter experts, you will shape how employees are onboarded, trained, and developed over time. This role sits within a collaborative HR and operations team and offers the chance to make a visible impact on workforce readiness, performance, and engagement within a manufacturing organization that values continuous improvement.

Your Responsibilities

• You’ll design and implement structured onboarding and on-the-job training programs for manufacturing and operational teams.
• In this role, you’ll develop training content aligned with safety, quality, and operational standards using adult learning principles.
• You’ll partner with plant leaders and subject matter experts to identify skill gaps and training needs.
• You’ll manage and optimize the learning management system for training delivery, tracking, and reporting.
• You’ll measure training effectiveness using clear metrics and continuously improve programs based on data and feedback.
