The opportunity

Our People Consultants empower our clients to envision and achieve transformative success by mastering and sustaining innovative changes in people, processes, and technology.

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented E-Learning Experience Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), instructional designers, and HR teams to design and produce e-learning modules, videos, and other digital content that supports organizational learning goals. Experience with Dayforce Learning is considered a strong asset.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop e-learning courses using tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, or similar.
• Create storyboards, scripts, and prototypes for e-learning modules.
• Ensure accessibility and usability standards are met (e.g., WCAG compliance).
• Integrate multimedia elements such as graphics, animations, audio, and video.
• Test and troubleshoot e-learning modules across platforms and devices.
• Maintain and update existing e-learning content as needed.
• Work with HR or Learning & Development teams to align content with organizational goals.
• Leverage LMS platforms to publish and track learning content; Dayforce Learning experience is ideal.
