At EY, we’re all in to shape your future with confidence. We’ll help you succeed in a globally connected powerhouse of diverse teams and take your career wherever you want it to go. Join EY and help to build a better working world.

The opportunity

The Supervising Associate plays a critical role in planning, delivering, and ensuring compliance for learning programs across the firm. This position aligns learning initiatives with strategic priorities and drives operational excellence for high-impact programs. You will manage end-to-end learning operations, including budgeting, vendor coordination, logistics, and stakeholder engagement. You will collaborate with learning leaders to design solutions that meet evolving business needs. Success requires balancing autonomy with collaboration, applying a consultative approach, and building strong relationships to deliver programs that strengthen skills and credentials in the market.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Assess and anticipate learning needs to deliver innovative solutions aligned with business priorities
  • Design and lead complex learning programs (virtual, onsite, hybrid) that meet CE requirements and deliver an exceptional participant experience
  • Translate learning metrics into actionable insights for leadership and future program design
  • Build trusted partnerships with stakeholders and client‑facing teams to drive alignment and engagement
  • Develop high‑quality learning assets including presentations, registration platforms, and SharePoint content
  • Champion continuous improvement through post‑event debriefs and iterative enhancements
  • Represent learning at key forums by providing updates and thought leadership
  • Ensure compliance and inclusivity across regulatory, privacy, accessibility, and language standards
  • Support adoption of new technologies and processes that elevate the learner experience

What We Look For

  • Strong relationship‑building and influencing skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Proven project management and prioritization skills with experience handling multiple initiatives under tight timelines
  • Expertise in vendor management and stakeholder engagement with a consultative approach
  • Proficiency with LMS platforms (preferably SuccessFactors) and digital collaboration tools
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills including pivot tables and v‑lookup
  • Excellent communication and consulting skills with the ability to work across levels and geographies
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
  • Tech‑savvy and quick to learn new systems
  • Ability to lead change and champion continuous improvement
  • 4+ years of experience in Learning & Development program management including end‑to‑end delivery of virtual and in‑person programs
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design best practices
  • Experience managing compliance for professional learning such as CE credits and regulatory standards
  • Proven ability to analyze learning data and translate insights into actionable improvements
  • This role involves interaction with internal and external clients and professionals nationally and globally. Professional competency in the English language is therefore a required requirement of this role.
  • Bilingualism in both French and English is considered an asset.
