iTacit is a fast-growing SaaS company with a strong market foothold, scaling rapidly to meet increasing customer demand. As they enter their next stage of growth, they’re seeking a seasoned VP of Product & Engineering to lead the product vision and drive world-class engineering execution. This is a pivotal leadership role that ensures their roadmap, technology, and user experience stay tightly aligned with business outcomes.
The VP of Product & Engineering will lead product management, engineering, and technical operations functions. You will own the end-to-end delivery process — from product ideation and prioritization through development, launch, and iteration. Reporting to the President / COO, you’ll be a key member of the leadership team, responsible for building high-performing teams, delivering against business goals, and scaling our platform to meet growing demand.
This role can be remote or local from your Fredericton, NB headquarters. HQ onboarding training time will be required.
