Job Description

• Assign IT projects to Systems Analysts, Programmers, and other technicians.
• Coordinate IT projects, including designing and deploying new IT systems and services.
• Oversee daily operations and evaluate their effectiveness.
• Plan and control budgets and expenditures.
• Recruit, supervise, and train staff such as Computer Analysts, Engineers, Programmers, and Technicians.
• Establish and implement policies and procedures for information systems.
• Authorize development of specifications for products or services.
• Meet with clients to discuss system requirements, specifications, costs, and timelines.
• Provide ongoing support to clients after sale.
• Design, develop, and implement business solutions using Cúram by Merative (formerly Social Program Management).
