Brandt Tractor Ltd is currently seeking a Territory Manager - Survey for Niagara location.

Brandt is the exclusive Canada wide dealer for Topcon and Sokkia Positioning. We provide industry leading technologies to the construction, building, surveying, engineering, governmental, and mining markets. These markets are adopting and expanding the use of technology at a record pace, and seeking solutions to improve accuracy and productivity in their field operations while optimizing their field to office workflow.

The Territory Manager - Survey is responsible for prospecting and developing new business opportunities, as well as maintaining and growing existing customer business. You would be in the enviable position of developing and executing a key business to Brandt’s strategy, while backed by a best in class support organization to help you grow and maintain your business.

What You Will Be Responsible For

  • New account creation and development.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential Customers.
  • Achieve Sales targets as set out by the Company.
  • Continuous development of a comprehensive Sales Pipeline of immediate/future Customer opportunities.
  • Promote & sell all Survey products assigned to role.
  • Understand and apply Machine and Company Feature, Advantage, Benefit statements to drive sales success.
  • Deliver continuous prospecting activity and development of new accounts.
  • Keep current on product knowledge and industry (competitive) models.
  • Actively participate in and promote Brandt during industry events as required.
  • Maintain accurate records of Sales activities, Customer interactions, and Quotations.
  • Submit lost sales reports on a timely basis. Lost sales reports are to be filled out on all lost sales and submitted on a weekly basis to the manager.
  • Report to Brampton Positioning Technology office.

What We Look For

  • Sales industry experience and/or a comprehensive knowledge of the Surveying and Construction industry considered an asset.
  • Post-secondary education in Business, Engineering, Construction or Surveying considered an asset.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and prospect new accounts.
  • Ability to present and negotiate with potential customers.
  • Highly motivated, ambitious and energetic entrepreneurial outlook.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient computer knowledge and skills including Microsoft office suite.
  • Must be available to travel as needed; a recent driver's abstract and valid passport are required.
  • Being bilingual (English & French) is considered an asset.
