About the Role

Were looking for an Engineering Manager to join our Technology team. Reporting to the VP of Engineering youll lead and mentor front-end and back-end developers own technical direction and work closely with Product and QA to design build and deliver reliable secure systems that consistently create real value for customers.

What Youll Do

Oversee Front-End and Back-End developers
Monitor system reliability performance and security
Conduct regular check-ins with Engineering team members
Assist in rolling out and defining internal systems and policy
Align squad-based goals with Engineering and Product objectives
Assist in debugging code issues and fixing problematic code and architecture problems
Taking point on technical design of solutions
Collaborate with Product and QA peers to deliver value to customers

What You Bring

5 years of experience in the Saas space

Education or training in computer science or equivalent experience

2 years of experience leading an engineering team

Experience with Ruby and or React

Strengths in communication collaboration organization etc.

Ability to thrive in a collaborative fast-moving environment

Willingness to travel occasionally; valid passport with no travel restrictions (Canada / USA; Vietnam if required)

Compensation : $105000.00$145000.00 CAD per year

This role requires working onsite in our Cambridge office two days per week .
