Required
A university degree in Computer Science or a related discipline; an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
Minimum ten (10) years of IM / IT experience .
10 years
Minimum two (2) years experience supporting health applications for a Regional Health Authority and / or Department of Health within a Canadian provincial jurisdiction.
2 Years
Minimum six (6) years of experience designing, developing, maintaining, and troubleshooting SSRS reports.
6 years
A minimum of six (6) years demonstrated experience with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), including the creation of SSIS packages.
6 years
Excellent communication skills (written and oral) in English.
The candidate must be available to start work immediately on site in Fredericton NB on the date specified in Section 8 of the SOW.

Demonstrated experience in the last 5 years, working as a Senior Programmer / Developer on a health analytics or health reporting database system for Regional Health Authorities and / or Department of Health in a Canadian Provincial jurisdiction;
2 Years +
Demonstrated experience with relational database systems including SQL Server (version 2012 or later), Oracle;
6 Years +
Demonstrated experience with designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) reports.
6 Years +
Demonstrated experience with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) including designing, implementing, and troubleshooting SSIS packages.
6 Years +
Demonstrated experience with creating, maintaining, and troubleshooting database tables, views, functions, stored procedures, and indexes.
6 Years +
Demonstrated experience designing and building user interface (screens) using .Net technology.
5 Years +
Demonstrated experience with analyzing, troubleshooting, and converting Cognos / Impromptu reports.
3 Years +
Demonstrated experience in developing and managing the implementation of technical solutions in an operational environment.
7 Years +
