  • Actively engage with solution architects and developer leads to take forward the requirements to design pipeline

  • Co-operatively with the scum master and product owner to manage project risks, assumptions, and constraints

  • Actively work with quality engineering lead in defining user story test scenarios and E2E testing scope

  • Analyze and document detailed business and system solution requirements using enterprise standard requirements methodology

  • Build and maintain a repository of reusable requirements documentation to support future initiatives, following the enterprise and payment requirement standards

  • Apply advanced coverage analysis techniques to ensure traceability between scope, detailed requirements, and testing through to implementation

  • Provide guidance and support to build the capabilities of less senior BAs

What Do You Need To Succeed?

Must have:

  • 5+ years working as a Business Systems Analyst with progressively increasing responsibilities in the areas of requirements management on large and complex projects

  • Experience in Agile development

  • Experience in Payment systems / ISO20022

  • Experience in requirements planning and prioritization including stakeholder analysis and effort estimation

  • Experience in elicitation techniques such as document analysis, interviews, facilitated workshops, observation, prototyping, focus groups, surveys

  • Requirements analysis and documentation such as scope modelling, data modelling, business process modelling, use cases, activity diagrams

  • Requirements management and communication – requirements walkthroughs; scope and change management; traceability; configuration management, backlog management

Nice-to-have

  • Experience working in the Financial/Insurance industry

  • Working knowledge of RESTful API development

  • Ability to read and understand data format definitions (YAML, JSON, XML, COBOL copybooks, etc)

  • Experience in Jira and Confluence

  • Experience in working in a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) / Behavioral Driven Development (BDD) environment

  • Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Master’s Certificate in Business Analysis

What’s in it for you?
We thrive on the challenge to be our best, progressive thinking to keep growing, and working together to deliver trusted advice to help our clients thrive and communities prosper. We care about each other, reaching our potential, making a difference to our communities, and achieving success that is mutual.

  • A comprehensive Total Rewards Program including bonuses and flexible benefits, competitive compensation, commissions, and stock where applicable

  • Leaders who support your development through coaching and managing opportunities

  • Ability to make a difference and lasting impact

  • Work in a dynamic, collaborative, progressive, and high-performing team

  • Opportunities to do challenging work

  • Opportunities to take on progressively greater accountabilities

  • Opportunities to building close relationships with clients
