Job description

Join a dynamic Machine Shop Team as a Senior CNC Machinist in a supportive and flexible environment designed to help you thrive. This role offers a competitive, people-first approach to compensation and benefits, along with balanced opportunities for growth and advancement.

Responsibilities:

  • Manufacture tooling and prototype components according to blueprints or instructions using CNC equipment.

  • Verify that all components meet blueprint specifications.

  • Follow all required safety procedures and communicate hazards to others in the area.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma required.

  • Minimum of seven years of experience programming and operating CNC lathes.

  • Ability to perform own setups and interpret technical blueprints.

  • Strong mathematical skills are essential.

  • CAD/CAM experience (Delcam and SolidWorks) is considered an asset.

  • Physically capable of repetitive lifting (up to 40 pounds) and standing for extended periods.

  • Flexibility to work various shifts if needed.
