Join a dynamic Machine Shop Team as a Senior CNC Machinist in a supportive and flexible environment designed to help you thrive. This role offers a competitive, people-first approach to compensation and benefits, along with balanced opportunities for growth and advancement.
Responsibilities:
Manufacture tooling and prototype components according to blueprints or instructions using CNC equipment.
Verify that all components meet blueprint specifications.
Follow all required safety procedures and communicate hazards to others in the area.
Qualifications:
High school diploma required.
Minimum of seven years of experience programming and operating CNC lathes.
Ability to perform own setups and interpret technical blueprints.
Strong mathematical skills are essential.
CAD/CAM experience (Delcam and SolidWorks) is considered an asset.
Physically capable of repetitive lifting (up to 40 pounds) and standing for extended periods.
Flexibility to work various shifts if needed.
