The National Accounts Manager owns the strategy and execution for acquiring, developing, and managing major fleet accounts nationwide.
This role is responsible for building strong customer relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and driving long-term value across the fleet portfolio.
What a Day in Your Life Looks Like :
- Account Management & Commercial Oversight - Develop customer specifications, negotiate pricing.
- Quoting & Technical Sales Coordination - Execute quote activity through MBB V2 in partnership with Technical Sales to ensure accuracy, competitiveness, and timely delivery.
- Sales Reporting & Activity Tracking - Prepare and submit monthly activity reports, providing visibility into account performance and sales pipeline activity.
- Sales-Engineering Liaison - Act as the primary link between Sales, Engineering, and Manufacturing to ensure customer requirements are clearly communicated and aligned from quoting through production.
- Trade Show & Industry Engagement - Represent the company at industry trade shows as required to support relationship-building and business development.
- Marketing Collaboration - Participate in marketing initiatives to support brand awareness, product promotion, and customer engagement.
- Operational Support - Perform additional responsibilities assigned in support of business and account objectives.
What You Bring to the Table :
- National / Fleet Accounts Experience - Minimum of 5 years of national or key account management experience within the truck body industry.
- Organization & Communication - Strong organizational capabilities with excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively manage complex accounts and internal collaboration.
- Data & Business Tools - Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint, with solid data analysis and reporting skills to support account strategy and decision-making.
- Must have a valid drivers' license and a driving record that is acceptable according to Morgan standards.
What Sets You Apart :
- Bachelor's degree a plus, but not required
- Bilingual in English and French is an asset
Physical Requirements :
- Travel up to 30%
- This role includes focused office work, spending up to 8 hours actively engaged at your workstation each day.
- You'll also get the chance to experience the manufacturing floor-gearing up with safety glasses with side shields and hearing protection to stay secure in this fast-paced environment.
