Bilingual French-speakers are needed to provide Customer Service Support for a Roadside Assistance company. This work-from-home opportunity offers flexible scheduling 24 hours-a-day, including weekends. Perfect for fully-fluent bilingual speakers who can deliver premier customer service in French and English – all while working from the safety of your own home! And it’s all possible through the Arise® Platform.

The Arise® Platform is an online portal that connects you to remote customer service opportunities with big-name brands. Through the platform, you can provide remote customer support; earning income while saving time and money on costs associated with working outside of the home.

There are various flexible opportunities immediately available on the platform — including this bilingual roadside assistance opportunity — and you can start earning money in a few weeks. Service the client’s customers in the mornings, evenings, and in-between when it’s most convenient for you. This unique opportunity offers plenty of afternoon, evening and night-time hours for those looking to work an evening or night gig.

And, rest assured – while automotive knowledge is a plus – it’s not needed to offer reassurance and support to stranded drivers.

A day in the life using the Arise® Platform to provide service:

  • Providing bilingual (English/French) support to customers, service providers, and partners through outbound calls.

  • Negotiating agreeable service rates for services rendered.

  • Helping to guarantee a smooth and empathetic customer experience.

  • Gathering & verifying all information with the Customer.

  • Document all issues, resolution, and follow up actions

  • Accurately and efficiently resolve customer inquiries on the first contact

What it takes to succeed:

You must be self-motivated, possess outstanding problem-solving skills, patience, and empathy. Excellent written, listening, and verbal communication skills are a must. It’s also important to deliver knowledgeable, friendly, and customer service while efficiently navigating multiple systems.
