About the Opportunity

• 1. Financial Planning & Analysis –
  • a. Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
  • b. Perform variance analysis and identify key drivers impacting performance
  • c. Maintain financial models to support business and operational initiatives
• 2. Decision Support & Business Partnering –
  • a. Partner with stakeholders to support evaluation of business initiatives
  • b. Assist in translating operational activities into financial outcomes
  • c. Provide analysis to support decision-making
• 3. Performance Management & Reporting –
  • a. Support preparation of monthly and quarterly reporting for management
  • b. Track KPIs and provide insights on performance trends
  • c. Assist with covenant monitoring and liquidity tracking
• 4. Process Improvement –
  • a. Enhance FP&A processes, reporting frameworks, and data integrity

About You

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
• Possession of and/or working towards a professional qualification or post graduate degree (CFA, ACA, CIMA, ACCA, MBA or equivalent).
• 3 – 6 years of experience in Corporate FP&A, Investment analysis, or Transaction support.
• Strong financial modelling, forecasting, and analytical skills.
• Ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly and effectively.
• Advanced Excel and financial systems proficiency.

Salary Range
Up to $95,000 / year
