About the Opportunity

Serve as the primary finance partner for the relevant functional leadership, understanding the deep financial and operational detail for your area to provide insights, challenges, and recommendations at a tactical level.

Influence resource allocation, investment prioritization, and trade-off discussions with clear, data-backed perspectives.

Lead financial planning for your function, including annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range planning, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.

Build dynamic models and conduct sensitivity analyses to assess risks, opportunities, and the impact of strategic decisions.

Deliver thoughtful analysis of financial results and key performance drivers, translating them into concise, compelling, and actionable insights for leaders.

Drive improvements in FP&A processes, systems, and tools to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and the impact of insights delivered.

Partner closely with Accounting and non-Financial Operations teams to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment of financial information and metrics.

Act as a thought leader within FP&A, elevating the role of finance as a strategic partner across the business. About You

A degree in finance, accounting, economics, mathematics, or a related quantitative field (or equivalent work experience).

5–8 years of progressive FP&A or finance experience, ideally in high-growth SaaS or technology businesses.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, a very quick thinker with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights and recommendations and a drive for action. Salary Range

$125,000 - $140,000 / year
