Job description
On behalf of our client, a leading enterprise-scale organization, we are seeking a forward-thinking, technology-driven Manager, Finance – Store Support Center (SSC) & Technology. This is not your traditional FP&A role; it is a hybrid opportunity designed for a finance leader who is passionate about digital transformation, artificial intelligence (AI), and process automation.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between traditional corporate finance and cutting-edge financial technology. You will oversee SG&A budgeting and forecasting for the Home Office and Technology departments while actively championing finance transformation. As a key change agent, you will identify manual workflows, implement AI-driven predictive insights, and collaborate cross-functionally with Tech and Data teams to build the future-state finance operating model.

Advantages
•Lead the AI Revolution in Finance: Position yourself at the forefront of the industry by actively implementing AI copilots, machine learning, and automated workflows in an enterprise environment.
•High-Visibility Strategic Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to senior technology and operational leaders, directly influencing investment decisions, capitalization strategies, and business outcomes.
•A Culture of Innovation: Join an organization that actively encourages continuous improvement, moving away from repetitive manual tasks to focus on high-value, self-service strategic analysis.
•Professional Growth: Gain highly sought-after experience in digital finance transformation, tech-stack optimization, and enterprise-wide agility.

Responsibilities
Finance Leadership & Business Partnership
•Own and manage SG&A budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and KPI management for Home Office and Technology departments.
•Partner with Technology and Facilities teams to oversee Capex budgets, manage software capitalization policies, and evaluate business cases.
•Conduct financial modeling, scenario planning, and ROI evaluations to guide workforce planning and vendor negotiations.
•Translate complex financial data and automation opportunities into clear, compelling presentations for senior leadership.
AI, Automation & Finance Transformation
•Identify and implement opportunities to streamline FP&A workflows and automate manual reporting or reconciliations.
•Drive the adoption of AI-enabled forecasting, predictive analytics, and anomaly detection.
•Collaborate with Data and Tech teams to design automated dashboards and scalable, self-service reporting using Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
•Evaluate and deploy modern finance technologies, workflow automation tools, and advanced planning platforms.
•Mentor and upskill team members on emerging digital finance tools and AI-driven ways of working.

Qualifications
Required
•Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
•Experience: 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or finance transformation roles.
•Core Skills: Strong grasp of SG&A cost structures, advanced Excel skills, and rigorous financial modeling capabilities.
•Systems: Experience with major ERP and planning systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday, OneStream) and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Looker).
•Soft Skills: Exceptional stakeholder management skills with a proven ability to influence matrixed teams and senior leadership.
Preferred
•Certifications: MBA, CPA, CFA, or an equivalent professional designation.
•Tech-Forward Expertise: Direct experience with automation technologies, predictive forecasting, or implementing AI tools within a finance department.
•Industry Context: Previous experience supporting an IT/Technology organization, including familiarity with IT asset lifecycle management and capital project accounting.

Summary
If you are a curious, analytical, and technology-forward finance professional who loves data but hates repetitive manual spreadsheets, this role was built for you. Our client is ready to empower a dynamic leader to reimagine how their finance division operates. Apply today to take the next step in your career as a champion of modern corporate finance.
