  • Support management and sale of frozen inventory, including timing of production and release strategies.

  • Support monthly forecasts of supply/demand as well as annual budget planning processes.

  • Work closely with Sales to manage customer portfolios across domestic, US, and export markets.

  • Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure alignment on product flow, costing, and margin expectations.

  • Maintain product specifications and ensure alignment across systems and customer requirements.

  • Identify and develop opportunities to improve returns through product, channel, or customer optimization.

  • Act as a resource in cross-functional initiatives related to pricing, systems, and process improvements.

  • Provide backup support to Product Management Directors as required.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:

  • Post-secondary education in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field.

  • 3–5 years of experience in a commercial, analytical, or product management role.

  • Experience in food, protein, or CPG industry is preferred but not mandatory.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

  • Solid understanding of manufacturing process and in-depth knowledge of the products.

  • Strong analytical and financial acumen with ability to interpret market data and translate into actionable insights.

  • Solid understanding of pricing, margin management, and supply/demand dynamics.

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
