Business Development ManagerLower Mainland, BC | Permanent | Base Salary + Commission Fuze HR is recruiting on behalf of our client, a growing facility services company, that is looking to add an experienced Business Development Manager to its Vancouver team. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven sales professional who enjoys building new business, developing long-term client relationships, and closing commercial service contracts. If you're motivated by autonomy, uncapped earning potential, and the opportunity to make a direct impact on a growing business, we'd like to hear from you. What You'll Do

Prospect and develop new business opportunities throughout the Lower Mainland.
Build relationships with property managers, facility managers, strata managers, and commercial real estate professionals.
Generate and secure new facility services contracts.
Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and networking through proposal, negotiation, and closing.
Prepare and submit RFP responses, proposals, and quotations.
Maintain accurate client and pipeline information within the company's CRM.
Attend networking events and industry events to build relationships and generate new business.
Stay informed on market trends and identify new opportunities for growth.

What We're Looking For

3+ years of successful business development or outside sales experience.
Experience selling facility services or other business-to-business solutions is required.
Proven ability to generate new business through cold calling, networking, and relationship building.
Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while collaborating with the broader team.
Valid BC Driver's Licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
Existing relationships within commercial real estate, property management, or facility management are considered a strong asset.
