We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Technical Program Manager / Technical Business Analyst to join our team in the web development field. This hybrid role requires the ability to manage complex technical programs & projects while simultaneously analysing business requirements and translating them into actionable plans. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of the latest web technologies, leading Digital Marketing platforms, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality web solutions on time and within budget.
You will be a focal point within a multi-disciplined team of Architects, Engineers, UX designers, Web Producers, Marketing Automation specialists, and Technical Program Managers, as well as interact with senior stakeholders from across both business and technology.
Success in this role requires a proactive and positive attitude, a desire to learn, an attention to detail, a client‑centric mindset, and a passion for delivering digital experiences that play a key role in promoting a company’s brand, culture, solutions, and services.
Technical Program Management
- Plan, execute, and oversee website development projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, risk assessments, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties / vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports, meeting minutes, and project plans for stakeholders.
- Ensure all projects adhere to the highest quality delivery standards (QA, UAT, performance, resiliency, security)
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long‑term goals.
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
- Report and elevate any issues to management as needed.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Work with stakeholders to identify, document, and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of web projects.
