- Auditing and analyzing payroll reports, overseeing year-end payroll activities, and reconciling statutory reporting (including T4s) with the general ledger and other financial records to ensure accuracy

- Minimum 7 years of progressive payroll experience, including 5 years leading or managing a payroll team
- Demonstrated leadership experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong problem-solving abilities with experience resolving system, technical, or process-related payroll issues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departments
- Proficiency with enterprise payroll and financial systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with tools such as payroll processing platforms, statutory reporting portals, and financial reporting systems is considered an asset
- Bilingualism (English/French) or proficiency in an additional language is an asset
Salary Range
$110,020.48 - $137,525.60 /year
