Position Purpose :
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Technical Sales Executive to join our team at IKONIC. In this pivotal role, you will leverage your deep technical acumen and sales expertise to drive the adoption of our innovative solutions in the market. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, articulating the value of our offerings, and crafting tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
Education & Professional Qualification :
Degree(s) / Major(s) : Bachelors or Masters in a relevant field from a reputed local / foreign University.
Experience :
2-4 years of experience in technical sales, pre-sales, or client engagement within the IT or software industry.
Responsibilities :
- Identify strategic job opportunities and lead the development of compelling proposals tailored to client needs.
- Analyze client requirements thoroughly and provide accurate estimates to ensure project viability and profitability.
- Proactively seek out and capitalize on new business opportunities, aligning with client needs and acquisition strategies.
- Oversee project pricing, quote preparation, and proposal creation, maintaining effective communication with clients throughout the process.
- Utilize LinkedIn and other marketing tools to generate leads, build relationships, and enhance business development efforts.
- Manage the recruitment and development of team members, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.
- Gather and analyze project business requirements, effectively transferring knowledge to the development team to ensure successful project execution.
- Take a proactive role in enforcing project deadlines and schedules, managing resources effectively to ensure project success.
- Conduct client meetings through voice / video calls to foster strong relationships, address project needs, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Strategically manage cold email campaigns to nurture leads and maintain client engagement.
- Ensure documentation is completed according to standard operating procedures, maintaining accuracy and consistency.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the team and organization.
