We are seeking a Technical Writing Student for our North American Headquarters district in Edmonton Alberta that is available for 4-8 months starting in May 2026.

As a Technical Writing Student you will have the opportunity to contribute to our team by :

• Create update and maintain high-quality process training and system documentation that adheres to organizational standards.
• Develop clear and concise technical documentation including requirements use cases functional designs and user acceptance testing materials.
• Assist in delivering web-based training and creating supporting instructional content for end users.
• Participate in pilots and rollouts ensuring documentation and communication materials are accurate and accessible.
• Draft and deliver stakeholder communications that translate technical concepts into business-friendly language.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to refine requirements and support user acceptance testing.
• Perform system configuration and testing documenting results and processes thoroughly.
• Liaise with business technology and support teams to ensure systems meet business requirements and documentation reflects current functionality.
• Analyze system and data usage presenting findings in clear structured reports.
• Configure dashboards analytics and reports in tools such as Power BI ensuring documentation accompanies all deliverables.
• Provide user support for enterprise business development systems responding to service requests troubleshooting incidents and investigating problems.
