Are you a QA Test Analyst with SAP knowledge and experience? Our large Alberta-based financial client is seeking a QA Test Analyst for a 6 month contract.
Client : Financial Services

Responsibilities
Accountabilities :
Utilize your multi year QA experience in providing test support to the Senior Test Manager assigned to a tech initiative.
Create and or review test cases per functional design documentation
Perform Functional, System, System Integration, UAT, Smoke and Regression testing in various applications within our banking system, including SAP
Perform end-to-end testing in our SAP Banking environment
Perform automation testing duties as required
Assess testing requirements and provide estimates of test effort
Work closely with Senior Test Manager / Test Manager to identify and to contribute to the testing strategy and acceptance criteria for all stages of an initiative
Analyze business requirements to ensure test-ability
Identify and understand cross systems impacts and risks of the initiative
Develop test scenarios / cases and scripts to ensure quality of applications
Prepare constructive and destructive test cases ensuring E2E scenarios are adequately covered in a thorough and efficient manner
Execute tests and ensure results achieve documented objectives and criteria
Follow through with and maintain accuracy in assigned Jira stories and track status as directed
Attend daily standup / scrum meetings as scheduled and provide updates as required
Liaise with all project team participants, team lead, vendors, internal audit and other resources at various levels
Ensure quality and completeness of testing deliverables
Use risk management approach to modify or develop test scripts and prioritize test execution based on level of risk
Conduct walkthroughs of test plans and test specifications to project teams as directed
Provide test execution status reporting to various stakeholders
Adhere to the testing methodology (planning, preparing, executing, evaluating, reporting)
Execute any other duties as per the Sr. Test Manager
Qualifications
REQUIREMENTS : (technical skills, experience and / or soft skills)
5+ years QA or developer experience with large enterprise systems
Banking system experience
Experience working in Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid Methodologies
Ideally SAP test or development experience (eg : TRBK,CRM / AO, PC, Portal / Fiori, FRDP, S4 Hana, eg..)
Experience with test scope analysis and test case writing
Experience with functional requirements analysis and breakdown
Experience with regression, integration and smoke testing testing
Experience with automated testing practices
Experience with SIT, FIT, UAT test cycles
Experience in data mining and end to end testing practices
Experience with the test automation tool Tosca would be very nice to have
Experience with LoadRunner and / or JMeter tools would be very nice to have
Experience working with Jira / confluence would be nice to have
Top Skills : Multi year QA experience, QA SAP Knowledge and Experience, Banking Operations Experience
