• A “Day in the Life" of a Senior Java Developer :
• Work with a team of developers in designing and implementing software solutions using Java, Spring Boot, and Kotlin, ensuring alignment with best practices and coding standards.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate project requirements into technical specifications and architecture designs that meet business needs.
• Drive the adoption of new technologies and methodologies, identify areas for improvement, implement solutions and enhance product quality.
• Oversee code reviews, troubleshoot complex issues, and implement performance optimizations to ensure robust, maintainable solutions.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative environment within the team, promoting knowledge sharing and professional growth.
• Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, with minimum 7 years of experience as a Java developer, specializing in Spring Boot within agile environments.
• Strong proficiency in Kotlin programming language and a solid understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills, combined with the ability to communicate effectively and work well with diverse teams.
