We are seeking a meticulous Data Entry Clerk to join our dynamic team in the manufacturing sector, located in Bolton, Ontario. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will play a crucial role in managing inventory data, ensuring precision and accuracy in all entries, and responding to related queries. This position offers a short term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities :
- Accurate and efficient processing of inventory data into spreadsheets
- Check and verify inventory count numbers for accuracy
- Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date inventory records
- Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for data entry and management tasks
- Ensure meticulous organization of files
- Conduct regular inventory reconciliation tasks
- Execute calculations as required in the process of inventory counting
- Resolve inventory related inquiries in a timely manner
- Maintain high levels of attention to detail in all data entry tasks
- Monitor inventory accounts and take necessary action as required
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
- Proficient in Data Entry tasks
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
- Proficient in Microsoft Word
- Ability to organize files and documents effectively
- Capability to perform calculations with accuracy and speed
- Fast and accurate typing skills
