We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about animals, skilled in digital strategy, and eager to use their marketing expertise to support a mission-driven organization. The Digital Marketer will be responsible for developing and executing digital campaigns that increase awareness, grow our online community, support fundraising efforts, and help drive adoptions.
About Dog Tales Rescue And Sanctuary
Dog Tales is a world-renowned dog rescue and horse sanctuary set on an incredible 50 acres of green fields, rolling hills, and wooded areas in King City, Ontario. Our location features walking trails, therapy pools, and a grooming spa. We care for abused and neglected animals to heal and rehabilitate them while they wait for forever homes. Our team provides medical care, love, attention, and training to help animals recover and move on to permanent, loving homes.

The Role
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, SEO, SEM, and web
- Coordinate with the media team to develop creative assets and campaign materials
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), providing insights and actionable recommendations
- Grow and manage email marketing lists and improve engagement
- Assist with online fundraising initiatives, donor campaigns, and merchandise promotions
- Optimize website content for SEO and user engagement
- Stay informed about trends in digital marketing and animal advocacy to keep online presence innovative and relevant
What You Bring
What We Offer
Salary : The salary for this position starts at $42,000 per year.
Schedule : This is a full-time position with a schedule of 8 AM - 5 PM, five days a week, with occasional weekend shifts as needed.
