RESPONSIBILITIES
·Lead the planning and delivery of Camp Ridley boarding programmes.
·Supervise, support, and schedule seasonal Boarding Life staff.
·Oversee daily boarding operations, including arrivals, departures, room assignments, and excursions.
·Serve as a primary point of contact for campers, families, agents, and internal partners.
·Ensure accurate administration of camper records, documentation, and compliance requirements.
·Support camper wellbeing and manage escalated conduct or safety concerns.
·Contribute to post‑season review and planning for future summer programmes.
QUALIFICATIONS
·Post‑secondary degree in a relevant field.
·2–3 years of supervisory experience in a camp, boarding, or residential student environment.
·Experience working with international students.
·Strong leadership, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
·Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
·Knowledge of health, safety, and child protection practices.
·CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
·Experience with camp or student information systems an asset (CampBrain preferred).
