Music-driven reformer training.
This is not traditional Pilates.
This is TEMPO — elevated, high-energy, and addictive.
We're hiring an Assistant Studio Manager — with a clear path to Studio Manager.
This is not a support role.
This is a leadership track role for someone who wants to:
Perform → you grow into Studio Manager
Stay average → this role will feel too demanding
This role requires a dual capability — not one or the other.
Reformer / Pilates experience is a strong asset
(Candidates who actively train or have worked in reformer-based studios will stand out immediately)
