The Strategy Program Manager – Mining, Minerals & Metals (MMM) acts as the single-point strategic market expert for the MMM segment within Heavy Industries. The role is responsible for shaping MMM strategy, designing and deploying strategic programs, and incubating new growth initiatives, ensuring their successful transition from strategy to scaled execution across Zones, Strategic Accounts, Business Units, and Operations. This role combines deep market expertise, strategic thinking, and program execution, and directly supports Schneider Electric’s growth, differentiation, and thought leadership in the MMM (Heavy Industries) market. What will you do? MMM Strategy & Strategic Program Development Develop, improve, and deploy MMM strategic programs and C-level Unique Value Propositions (UVPs). Create and maintain playbooks, battlecards, competitive and offer gap analyses, and training materials. Translate MMM strategy into clear, actionable strategic initiatives and execution frameworks. Ensure alignment between MMM strategy and Heavy Industries Segmentand corporate priorities. Strategic Incubations & Program Management Lead strategic incubation of new initiatives, including: New applications and use cases. Offer innovations and solution concepts. Strategic partnerships and ecosystems. M&A support from strategic fit and value creation perspective. Manage initiatives through structured program governance, ensuring: Clear objectives and milestones. Strategic relevance and business scalability. Transfer of mature initiatives to appropriate owning teams (BU, Ops, Zones, etc.). Market Enablement, Deployment & Thought Leadership Drive deployment of Schneider NExT, marketing campaigns, and MMM thought leadership initiatives. Support and enable Global Strategic Accounts (GSA’s), Regional Strategic Accounts (RSA’s), Zones, and Countriesin deploying MMM strategic initiatives. Represent MMM strategy in internal and external strategic forums, including customer and partner engagements. Position Schneider Electric as a trusted strategic partner for the MMM industry, beyond product and project delivery. Cross-Functional Alignment & Execution Support Support the deployment of MMM strategic initiatives and foundational differentiators across: GSA’s and RSA’s. Business Units and Operations. EP&P, EAE, Digitalization, AI, Autonomous Operations. Services, Process & Heat Electrification. Sustainability & Circularity. Act as a strategic interfacebetween strategy, offers, sales, operations, and marketing. Required Qualifications & Experience Master’s degree in engineering, Business, Strategy, Economics, or related field. 12+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, business development, or market roles, with strong exposure to: Mining, Minerals & Metals. Energy or process industries. Proven experience in strategic program management and cross-functional leadership. Strong understanding of MMM value chains & ecosystem, CAPEX/OPEX drivers, and customer decision processes. Experience working with global and regional organizations.
