Our client in the insurance industry is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional for a 12month contract. This role involves overseeing the execution and delivery of a large multiyear program with global stakeholders. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in IT project management agile delivery and program leadership with the ability to manage complex IT initiatives and crossfunctional teams.
What is in it for you :
Salaried : $85 per hour.
Incorporated Business Rate : $100 per hour.
12month contract with the potential for permanent employment.
Fulltime position : 37.50 hours per week.
Work schedule from 8 am to 5 pm with flexibility for some evenings and weekends to accommodate global partner time zones or support implementation windows.

Responsibilities :
Own and drive program momentum through quality execution decisionmaking and clear communication on progress and gaps.
Manage program roadmap milestones resource plans budget and deliverables of agile work streams
Oversee scope approach milestones and governance for largescale IT programs.
Build rapport with teams and clients earning trust through clear communication and successful program execution.
Anticipate and resolve potential threats to program progress by proactively engaging stakeholders.
Effectively manage changes risks and issues throughout program execution.
Lead crossfunctional agile teams and ensure successful stakeholder communication and conflict resolution.
Manage global teams ensuring adaptability across multisite and time zones.
What you will need to succeed :
Bachelor s degree preferred with certifications such as PMP Scrum Master or SAFe.
8 years of experience in IT project management / delivery.
2 to 3 years of program delivery experience for complex IT initiatives.
Expertise in DevOps Agile frameworks and tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
Proven success managing large program budgets ($15M) and vendor costs.
Excellent organizational and communication skills with an ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Strong knowledge of web architecture user experience digital web technologies (AEM Bootstrap React) and Marketing Technology.
