Job Description :
- The IT Program Manager will oversee and drive the execution of a large-scale ERP modernization program, specifically focused on the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics ERP in the financial services industry.
- This role requires extensive experience managing ERP transformations, along with a deep understanding of data architecture to ensure seamless integration and data flow across the organization.
- The ideal candidate will bring proven expertise in program management, ERP implementations, and data strategy leadership.
- Our client is a federally regulated financial services company specializing in mortgages, deposits, and credit solutions.
- They are engaged in a strategic initiative to modernize their Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems by implementing Microsoft Dynamics ERP, as part of a broader effort to enhance flexibility, data architecture, and operational efficiency across financial systems.
- In 2019, the client successfully migrated their IT infrastructure to the IBM Cloud leveraging VMware Solutions, enabling scalable computing services and access to technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI).
- The current programs focus on modernizing ERP systems and optimizing data architecture to support the company's growth and innovation strategies.
Key Responsibilities :
The Program Manager will lead and manage the modernization of ERP systems with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics ERP implementation.Develop and oversee program plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to design and implement robust data architecture frameworks to support ERP modernization and data flow optimization.Work closely with delivery teams to ensure successful ERP program execution, quality delivery, and risk mitigation.Identify and address challenges in integrating Microsoft Dynamics ERP with existing systems and infrastructure.Ensure ERP modernization programs comply with regulatory standards within the financial services industry.Drive continuous communication with stakeholders, providing program updates, risk escalations, and actionable insights.Oversee data migration and governance strategies, ensuring data integrity, security, and accessibility across platforms.Manage program dependencies, risks, and issues while ensuring successful program outcomes.Required Skills and Qualifications :
PMP (Project Management Professional) or PgMP (Program Management Professional) Certification is required.Extensive experience managing ERP modernization programs, specifically Microsoft Dynamics ERP.Strong expertise in data architecture design, integration, and governance, including data migration best practices.Proven success in delivering large-scale IT transformation projects within the financial services industry.Experience leading teams and managing distributed projects across multiple time zones.Solid understanding of cloud-based infrastructure, including IBM Cloud and VMware solutions.Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, or other Agile tools.Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams, business leaders, and executive leadership.Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work independently while supporting EST business hours.Preferred Qualifications :
Prior experience in financial data migration and ERP integrations.Knowledge of artificial intelligence (AI) and advanced data analytics tools to support ERP modernization.Familiarity with regulatory compliance in financial systems.Benefits of the Role :
