This program requires working in the community and going home-to-home and providing non-medical support to individuals with complex medical needs and conditions living in the community.

This position requires availability to start at 7:00am and work every other weekend.
POSITION SUMMARY:
Under the direction of the program coordinator, this position is responsible for providing non-medical personal support services, life-skills support and light housekeeping duties to enable clients to live as independently as possible. Duties include assisting clients with personal care, arranging and escorting clients to appointments, and housekeeping services. Such duties are carried out under the direction of the client or alternate decision maker and in accordance with Client Service Contracts, laws and regulations governing service provision.
EMPLOYMENT GUIDE:
Job Type: Part-Time,Permanent
Starting Rate: $24.94/hour as per CUPE Local Collective Agreement + Provincial Wage Enhancement of $3.00.
