We have the job you need! A company in the transportation field in Ottawa is currently looking for a bilingual office clerk to support its administrative team for a long temporary period with the possibility of permanence.
Position: Administrative Coordinator
Salary: 20$/h
Monday to Friday 40 hours a week from :
8:00 AM to 4:30PM
* Having the flexibility to work any schedule is a strong asset!
Location: Ottawa, ON
Duration: Ongoing contract with possibility of permanency!

Responsibilities
- Confirm and remind clients of their upcoming appointments through calls, emails
- Provide excellent service to clients by answering inquiries and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Resolve appointment-related issues or conflicts effectively and promptly.
- Assist with other administrative tasks related to appointments and scheduling.
- Enter and update appointment details accurately in the company’s scheduling system
- Track and report on appointment statistics and trends as needed.
Qualifications
- 6 months to 1 year of work experience in an administrative position
- Good command of computer software
- Resourceful and autonomous
- Excellent English Communication as well as French ( French being an asset, not obligatory)
