RideWrap Whistler is on the hunt for an Installation Tech to join our team ahead of the busy Spring Season; if you are excited about the bike season, love getting hands-on with equipment, and have a great eye for detail, this is the role for you.
As an Installation Tech, you will be installing our RideWrap Tailored Protection Kits on to our customers bikes, saving them the hassle so they can Ride More, Worry Less! You will be a part of a local, rider owned company who are passionate about the sport, the community, and our team.
About You
RideWrap is a rider-owned and operated business. Since the beginning, our objective has been simple: help riders get the most out of their time riding bikes. RideWrap’s proprietary systems are born from combining a background in precision engineering with a love for riding bikes. We produce industry-leading frame protection components for all bikes and riders.

As an Installation Tech, you will be installing our RideWrap Tailored Protection Kits on to our customers bikes, saving them the hassle so they can Ride More, Worry Less! You will be a part of a local, rider owned company who are passionate about the sport, the community, and our team.
About You
- You’re stoked about biking.
- Love working with your hands.
- Have a keen attention to detail.
- Maintain a strong work ethic and positive team attitude.
- We can train the rest.
- Clean, detail, and prepare bikes for install.
- Install bike protection kits ensuring the highest quality.
- Rebuild protected bikes.
- Perform quality checks on all bikes, and give back to the customer looking better than they came in.
- Collaborate to check each other’s work and share/receive feedback to improve overall install quality.
- Maintain a tidy workspace in both the install and production areas.
- Support customer service.
- Assist in warehouse organization.
- Providing support to the production team when necessary (eg. preparing orders, assisting shipping and receiving, operating the printers etc.)
- Other duties as assigned.
- Positive attitude, and willing to learn
- Attention to detail
- Customer service experience - an asset.
- Experience working with vinyl or PPF products - an asset.
- Experience working with bikes - an asset.
