Develop and execute category strategies aligned with organizational priorities
Manage assigned procurement categories and associated spend
Lead strategic sourcing initiatives including RFx processes
Negotiate commercial terms and contracts with suppliers
Conduct supplier negotiations and manage supplier performance
Analyze spend data and identify opportunities for cost optimization
Monitor market conditions and supplier cost drivers
Challenge supplier pricing and cost increases using market intelligence
Ensure supply continuity and mitigate supply risk
Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs
Support supplier relationship management and supplier performance reviews
Identify and deliver cost savings and value creation opportunities
Support procurement process improvements and procurement transformation initiatives
What you must have:
Approximately 10+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or category management
Experience managing procurement categories and supplier relationships
Strong contract negotiation experience
Experience developing sourcing strategies and running RFx processes
Ability to analyze spend data and market conditions
Experience working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Salary/Rate Range: $98,000.00 - $148,000.00
