Job description
We are looking for a Warehouse Worker/ Counterbalance Forklift Driver for our client in Stoney Creek. The Warehouse Associate provides essential operational support, ensuring the facility and equipment are maintained and functioning smoothly. This role is key to the accurate and timely processing of all incoming and outgoing shipments. The associate must be capable of repetitive heavy lifting and will regularly load and unload materials. Experience operating various equipment, including electric and hand pallet movers, is required.

• Straight days 8:30-4:30

Responsibilities
Load and unload shipments
Utilize pallet movers AND forklifts
Prepare and operate the hydraulic dock plate and overhead doors for all incoming and outgoing product.
Weigh and invoice product as instructed.
Inspect all product for usable condition and acceptable code dating.
Assist in sorting, stacking, and breaking down product while following proper practices
Perform packing and sorting duties, including building and wrapping skids.



Qualifications
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent preferred.
Forklift certification required.
Ability to operate material handling equipment, including forklift truck.
Must possess excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
Working experience in Shipping and Receiving role preferred.
Basic mathematical skills.
Working knowledge of safe lifting methods.
