Our Team Lead is responsible for leading a small team, delegating tasks, training new employees, ensuring jobs are completed, and motivating team members to achieve our production goals!

Also, this role is physically demanding, as you will be working in a fast-paced environment that involves repetitive tasks, bending, crouching, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
