Process Optimization: Drive operational efficiency across product creation lifecycles by aligning business needs with technical tool capabilities.

Delivery & Adoption Support: Assist in feature backlog prioritization, user acceptance testing (UAT), and user enablement to drive system adoption across go-to-market teams.

Qualifications
Retail & Apparel Background: Direct experience working within retail product development, apparel, footwear, or commercialization workflows.

PLM System Expertise: Practical hands-on experience utilizing enterprise Product Lifecycle Management platforms such as FlexPLM, Centric PLM, PTC, Lectra, or similar tools.

Business & Data Aptitude: Comfort navigating complex data architectures and translating business workflows into actionable technical solutions.

Product Management Mindset: Experience in requirements gathering, workflow mapping, system testing, and feature prioritization within an Agile or hybrid delivery framework.

Soft Skills: High adaptability, strong analytical problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and an eagerness to learn and grow within enterprise retail technology environments.

Summary
If you are a tech-savvy Product Manager who pairs a solid foundation in retail product development and apparel commercialization with hands-on PLM experience (FlexPLM, Centric, PTC), this initial 6-month hybrid contract in Vancouver, BC is an outstanding opportunity.
