  • Serve as a liaison between engineering and sales, ensuring product design aligns with customer needs and market trends.
  • Conduct market trend analysis and deliver recommendations for product portfolio adjustments and improvements.
  • Act as the primary liaison with industry associations and represent the company at relevant trade shows.
  • Lead product launches and contribute to the development of sales enablement materials.
  • Provide insights and feedback on new product development initiatives, including upcoming projects.
  • Lead product development projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met.

What we are looking for:

  • 3–5 years of experience in product management, sales, or market development; industry experience is a strong asset.
  • A background in engineering or technical product management would be advantageous but is not required.
  • Proven ability to deliver product innovation, market analysis, and pricing strategies.
  • A commercially driven, inquisitive mindset with a demonstrated ability to identify and pursue opportunities.
  • Comfortable working in an evolving, fast-paced environment and navigating ambiguity with confidence.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional projects and build strong internal and external relationships.

At Venor and Global Windows and Doors, we embrace a culture of belonging in the workplace. No matter who you are, where you’re from, how you think, what you believe in, or who you love, we welcome your application. We all come from different backgrounds and different walks of life, bringing in unique perspectives and experiences. We encourage applications from 2SLGBTQ+, Black, Indigenous, and People of Colour (BIPOC), women, newcomers to Canada, and people with disabilities.
