Hourly Range: $90 – $95

Job Overview

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across IT, HR, SIR departments to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements
  • Candidate must have strong ServiceNow experience as a BA, create user stories and navigate ServiceNow, develop workflows
  • Conduct workshops and interviews to understand business processes and identify areas for improvement
  • Ensure that requirements are clearly articulated and aligned with business objectives
  • Write clear and concise user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria
  • Ensure that user stories are understood and agreed upon by both the development team and stakeholders
  • Break down high-level requirements into smaller, actionable pieces
  • Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
  • Work closely with the development team to ensure timely delivery of user stories.
  • Collaborate with the product owner to prioritize the backlog and ensure alignment with business goals
  • Collaborate with the ServiceNow development team to design solutions that meet business needs
  • Ensure that proposed solutions are technically feasible and aligned with best practices
  • Coordinate and participate in testing activities, including the development of test plans and scripts
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of requirements, processes, and solutions
  • Provide training and support to end-users as needed
  • Automate major ServiceNow Modules using ServiceNow ATF application

Qualifications

  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, in ServiceNow leading HRSD stories as the primary focus, ITSM as secondary
  • Education: Degree or diploma in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow, particularly in IT, HR, and SIR modules.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and practices.
  • Experience creating user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS).
  • Experience with ServiceNow Agile 2.0.
