About the Opportunity As the Workplace Planner for Clearspace, you will be responsible for creating functional and creative space plans that meet the needs and requirements of our clients You will work closely with our sales and quoting team to help win new opportunities and our Tech Lead to ensure plan meet code requirements.
About the Deliverables Support our initial space planning process by drafting and revising test fits as required Follow a set of test fit guidelines to space plan test fit reflecting Clearspace standards and local code requirements.
Generate accurate takeoffs as required to support our quoting team Provide administrative support in sales and project management tools Communicate your design thinking and client requirements to our Project Managers and Project Designers to ensure a smooth project handoffs Provide support on building CAD systems and improving drafting standards as required About You You have a minimum 3 years of experience in Interior Design, experience in workplace design is a plus.
You have a degree in Interior Design from an accredited institution, or sufficient equivalent experience You are a strong space planner with ample drafting experience You are excellent in AutoCAD You are a strong communicator and a team player You are a self-starter, have willingness to learn attitude You have strong attention to detail You are able to multi-task and stay organized You are punctual and sensitive to deadlines About The Way We Work An inclusive working environment and a vibrant company culture are at the heart of Clearspace.
