ECAM Technologies, a division of GardaWorld, is currently seeking Monitoring Operators (Part Time - Weekends) to help us provide and deliver quality service to our clients, North America wide. Reporting directly to the company’s Monitoring Supervisors, this role is critical to the success and reputation of our company, as we rapidly grow in the marketplace.

Monitoring Operators Responsibilities

Monitoring Operator Qualifications

Individuals who have a high attention to detail, and ability to identify potential security risks.

Experience in contacting emergency services, such as police, ambulance, and fire is preferred, but not necessary.

Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.

Proficient in computer usage, including familiarity with software such as MS Office, Google Chrome, and other basic computer programs.

Sound communication skills, both oral and written in English, are necessary.

A post-secondary education or equivalent experience, in any field.

Availability to work a minimum of 4 shifts (48 hours) in a 2-week period, on weekends and stat holidays.

Quality references that will vouch for your work, attitude, and attendance.

Ability to provide a clear criminal background check.
