  • Deep understanding of performance metrics, and executive decision-making processes.
  • Ability to convert financial data and knowledge into clear and concise messaging with actionable advice for business partners.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and influence without direct authority across diverse stakeholder groups
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfort in presenting to and advising executives.

Nice-to-have

  • MBA or advanced degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
  • Experience with competitive intelligence functions
  • Familiarity with AI/ML capabilities and data analytics tools
  • Translating data and AI outputs into compelling strategic narratives that influence enterprise-wide decisions.
  • Understanding of banking regulatory environment and financial reporting

What’s in it for you?

We thrive on the challenge to be our best, progressive thinking to keep growing, and working together to deliver trusted advice to help our clients thrive and communities prosper. We care about each other, reaching our potential, making a difference to our communities, and achieving success that is mutual.

  • A comprehensive Total Rewards Program including bonuses and flexible benefits
  • Leaders who support your development through coaching and managing opportunities
  • Ability to make a difference and lasting impact
