Job description

About Us

At Royal LePage Macro Realty, we’re redefining the new home buying experience. Our brokerage partners with several trusted builders across Southern Ontario—offering our sales agents incredible opportunities to represent beautiful new communities and grow their business.

We’re expanding our New Home Sales Team and looking for driven, knowledgeable, and client-focused Licensed Realtors who love matching people with their dream homes.

What You’ll Do

  • Be the first point of contact for visitors and potential buyers at our new home sales sites.
  • Conduct model home tours and present the unique features of each home and community.
  • Guide clients through the buying process—from first visit to closing.
  • Build strong client relationships through exceptional service and follow-up.
  • Educate clients on available home collections, upgrades, and financing options.
  • Write and negotiate purchase agreements in collaboration with the builder and brokerage team.
  • Stay current on market conditions, competitive communities, and builder incentives.

What We’re Looking For

  • Active Ontario Real Estate License (RECO required)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Confidence in sales, negotiation, and relationship-building.
  • Availability to work weekends as required (based on sales office hours).
  • Professional, proactive, and motivated personality.
  • Previous new home sales or pre-construction experience is a major asset.

What We Offer

  • Competitive commission structure and ongoing income opportunities.
  • Access to multiple builder partnerships and projects.
  • Weekly professional development and sales coaching.
  • A supportive, collaborative brokerage culture.
  • Marketing and administrative support to help you focus on clients.
  • Company events, networking opportunities, and recognition programs.
  • On-site parking and flexible scheduling.
