Randstad Canada is currently hiring for one of our esteemed clients specializing in sports apparel customization & retail experience technology connecting consumers with authentic products & engaging customization experiences (embroidery, labels, and adhesives).

We are currently hiring for a Machine Operator - Warehouse Production (Heat Press Department) for a 3-month contract with a possibility for extension and even full-time for the right candidate. If you are a student on an academic drop or scheduled break and willing to do hands-on factory work, we can hire you!

Location: Gurney Crescent, North York, ON

Schedule: Monday to Friday (Full-Time Hours)

AM Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

PM Shift: 4:30 PM – 1:00 AM

Pay Rate: $18.00/hr (AM Shift) $19.00/hr (PM Shift)

Responsibilities
Learn to safely operate entry-level industrial heat press machinery to bond logos, names, and custom numbers onto athletic garments.

Carefully line up, center, and position fabric graphics onto jerseys before starting the machine cycle.

Conduct quick visual checks on completed apparel to ensure there are no wrinkles, bubbles, or misplaced elements.

Cross-Functional Support: Please note that this is a collaborative facility. As a production team member, you might have to do other warehouse duties too, including helping with fabric peeling, unpacking raw materials, or basic station cleaning when production runs finish early.

Qualifications
High level of attentiveness to ensure names and numbers are placed completely straight every time.

Comfortable working around heated equipment safely (all standard safety guards and training are provided).

Pre-Hire Compliance: Must be willing to clear a standard Criminal Record Check (CRC) and complete a quick online Health & Safety (Basic Awareness) module.
