Your expertise and guidance will drive operational excellence, compliance, and business value as part of our client’s Strategic Transformation Roadmap (STR).

  • Provide functional leadership and mentorship to a team of supply chain consultants and analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
  • Take ownership of supply chain workstreams, managing deliverables, timelines, and quality standards.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for supply chain solution design, issue resolution, and escalation.

Business Process Optimization & Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Analyze and translate complex business requirements into SAP-enabled solutions, ensuring robust process alignment and integration with other enterprise systems.
  • Conduct fit-gap analysis, process mapping, and solution prototyping to drive continuous improvement in supply chain operations.
  • Facilitate workshops, training, and knowledge transfer sessions for end users and business process owners.
  • Ensure supply chain processes adhere to internal controls, regulatory requirements, and our client’s governance standards.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify transformation opportunities and ensure measurable value delivery.

Project Management & Agile Delivery:

  • Work closely with project managers, scrum masters, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of supply chain workstreams.
  • Participate in agile ceremonies, project planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support testing, defect resolution, and cutover planning for SAP SCM modules.
  • Track and report on progress, risks, and issues related to supply chain functional delivery.

Continuous Learning & Thought Leadership:

  • Stay current with SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain innovations, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
  • Share insights, best practices, and lessons learned within the SAP and our client’s supply chain communities.
  • Demonstrate initiative and a self-driven attitude in identifying opportunities for process improvement and driving project success.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in SAP Supply Chain (MM, SD, PP, WM, EWM, or Ariba) functional consulting, including configuration, implementation, and support.
  • Proven experience leading supply chain solution delivery in SAP S/4HANA or ECC environments, with integration to other SAP and third-party systems.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain business processes (procurement, inventory, logistics, planning, order fulfillment, etc.) and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with experience mentoring and guiding functional teams.
  • Experience with SAP Activate methodology and agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • SAP SCM certification(s) are highly desirable.
  • Experience with SAP Fiori, SAP Analytics, and SAP data migration tools is an asset.

Key Competencies:

  • Functional leadership in SAP Supply Chain modules (MM, SD, PP, WM/EWM, Ariba, etc.)
  • Business process analysis, optimization, and transformation mindset
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Agile delivery and project management capabilities
  • Initiative and self-driven attitude
  • Governance, risk, and compliance awareness
  • Experience working with utility experts and high-performing ERP teams
