The Business Analyst III plays a pivotal role in analyzing business needs, gathering requirements, and facilitating communication between stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery. This senior-level position requires advanced analytical skills, experience in process improvement, and the ability to manage complex projects.

Responsibilities:

Gather and document detailed business requirements from stakeholders.
Analyze and translate business needs into technical specifications.
Facilitate communication between business units and IT teams.

Support project management activities including scope definition and risk assessment.
Conduct impact analysis and assist in change management processes.
