• This part-time position is an in-office role based out of our Edmonton Office

About you

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented student to join our team as a Junior Analyst Intern. This role offers hands-on experience in financial analysis data advisory and administrative support within a professional environment.

In this role you will

Assist with financial analysis and modeling for debt advisory mandates

Prepare lender packages and support documentation for financing requests

Conduct market research and compile comparable debt terms

Coordinate with lenders and clients on information requests

Support internal reporting and deal tracking

Other duties as required

What youll bring

Current student at a Canadian University majoring in Finance Accounting or a related field. Preference will be given to candidates graduating in 2027.

Excellent communication skills.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Previous experience in a similar role is considered an asset.

Proficient in Microsoft 365 Office (Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook).

A demonstrated interest in Real Estate through involvement with campus clubs case competitions or relevant courses.

Passionate about learning and ready to tackle challenges in a professional environment.

Must be available Monday to Friday between 12PM 5PM MST
