JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for order and inventory accuracy in the SAP and WMS system.
• Cover warehouse shift operations to meet service cost quality productivity and health and safety standards including transportation coordination and product recovery execution.
• Conduct Distribution Centers and Outside Storage physical / virtual inventory counts.
• Execution of daily tasks on order and inventory accuracy resulting in system data integrity.
• Ensuring that the inventory management system always agrees with external warehouses and reflective of inventory in-transit and on-hand throughout the warehouses.
• Daily maintenance of warehouse discrepanci es through GI and GR routine .
• Responsible for Key Performance Indicators as Inventory Accuracy SCO (inventory counting market returns and breakage ) 09 reconciliation etc.
• Responsible for monitoring market returns within their regions.
• DPO Excellence p rogram pillar owner .
• Assisting in shift coverage during vacation / sick time for Group Manager
• Helps Supervisors to monitor and put action plan forward for the control of core working capital from a distribution perceptive and to proactively manage POC Filtrate in order to increase profitability generate savings and gain efficiencies.
