Provide customers with friendly and professional service. Ensure that all department operations are efficient and adequate through precise merchandising of displays and training of all department staff. Actively contribute to an environment of employee and customer engagement.

Here’s where you’ll be focusing:

• Provide customer service to meet customer needs
• Supervise floral personnel in the absence of Produce Manager
• Process floral orders
• Receive floral orders
• Design and create floral products
• Merchandise floral displays
• Analyze and control shrink
• Maintain accurate cash drawer while following company policies and procedures
• Adhere and implement all applicable company standards
• Perform administrative duties as required

What you have to offer:

• Floral Design Training
• Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment
• Above average communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills including attention to detail, time management, and ability to multi-task
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to design and create floral products
• High School Diploma
• Minimum three years of experience in floral design at a retail level
