This job posting is for an existing vacancy. This is a contract until March 31, 2027.

What do you offer?
The Case Manager will be a part of a team that provides Employment Consulting services to unemployed individuals within the National Capital region with an emphasis of serving Ontario Works clients and those demonstrating extensive barriers to employment. Reporting to the Director, the Case Manager is responsible for the planning and delivery of Employment Consulting services, matching job seekers to employment opportunities, recruitment of employers to match the needs of job seekers, and facilitation of the application process for the Government‑funded training programs. As part of a team, the Case Manager will assist in meeting the strategic achievement of all desired outcomes and targets. The Case Manager will assist in monitoring job placement subsidies, and collecting documentation in order to process payments for employers.

Education : Post‑secondary education or equivalent in Employment Counselling, Social Service Work, Social Work, or a related field.
Language : Fluent in English, oral and written. Other languages are an asset.
