Job descriptionBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Java development, with at least 3 years of experience using the Struts framework. Proven experience in Banking and Financial Services or Investment platforms. Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns. Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field. Experience with other Java frameworks such as Spring or Hibernate. Knowledge of database technologies such as SQL, Oracle, or MongoDB. Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies. Certification in Java or related technologies.
Job Description :
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Banking and Financial Services or Investment platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of Java Struts framework, along with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Java-based applications using the Struts framework.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
- Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our applications remain current and competitive.
